Desktop Users
- Click on 'Dashboard' located in the top right of the screen
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'Personal Information'
- Here you can change your contact information, address, date of birth, income status and income details plus information on your credit history.
- Once you have completed the changes scroll to the bottom and click 'Update'
To change details on who you will live with and the number of adults or children please follow below steps;
- Click on 'Property Requirements'
- You can edit all the fields here
- You can also edit your search criteria set whether you wish to receive email alerts.
- Once you have completed the changes scroll to the bottom and click 'Update'
Mobile or tablet users
- Click on the menu in the top right of the screen
- Choose 'Dashboard' then 'My Account' and then 'Personal Information'
